Details Make a Difference

“I hate shopping. These clothes are so boring. There just isn’t a good selection.” Come on fellas! We know you might not get the same rush from shopping as women do, but it’s not that bad. There’s no reason to mope. As long as you know what to look for, shopping can be a rewarding experience. You never know, you might just enjoy that same shopping trip women love when you find that item of clothing that is just what you wanted. However, if you are like most men I encounter, your opinion of men’s wedding dress uk is that it’s a pretty sad place with a few shirts and some slacks.
You might be surprised to know how expansive the world of menswear really is. With many styles for every personality and preference, the road to becoming a cleverly clothed man is just a few easy steps away. I’ll be your guide — these are some specific landmarks you’ll want to look for: classic fit, creative texture and personal preference.
A leading style statement of all seasons is a great fit. After talking to many fashionable men from all around the world, the most frequent advice I hear is that fit is everything. Knowing the right fit that suits you will instantly add an air of style and a boost of confidence. Some of this season’s popular fitted statement pieces are the ’60s style slim cut suit, the slick double-breasted jacket and well-fitted jeans or trousers. My personal favorite, seen on the streets and the runways, is a double-breasted jacket with a slim-fitted trouser and a classic shoe. This sort of outfit has been featured by the likes of Etro, Marc Jacobs, Salvatore Ferragamo, YSL and many more. You can do so much with this sort of outfit. You can go all monochrome for an edgy ensemble appropriate for work, or you can go with a patterned jacket paired with a colored trouser for a day out. Since there are so many ways to mix and match this classic look, I would consider it one of the season’s most versatile outfits.
The second mod trend takes just a little bit of courage and a small amount of know-how — combining textures. How does one go about combining textures without looking confused or overdressed? Easy. Just know the right textures to combine and for what events to combine them. The three most prevalent texture contrasts and combinations are chambray shirts with dark denim jeans, leather jackets with cotton henleys and tweed suits with herringbone additions. The first two options are very casual weekend or night outfits, and the last option is a dressier outfit perfect for work or a classy date. Since tweed and herringbone are a popular winter combination, I’m going to suggest trying it out. The easiest way to work with layering textures is to choose your main suit piece. I’d suggest going with a tweed — since that is the big pattern of this season — in a warm brown or a rust red tone tweed. Once you choose your tweed, try pairing a herringbone skinny tie in a grey tone to cool down the warm colors of the suit or blazer. You are sure to receive compliments on a classy outfit like this.
Finally, the details — probably the most important part of any outfit is the personal details. Individual additions can be as small as a creative tie, patterned socks, an interesting shoe or even a special piece of jewelry. Exploring the options of outfit additions that make your clothing you is one of the best parts of getting dressed. Without personal influences in your outfits, it can end up looking stiff like it came off a mannequin. However, a problem that can arise from adding individual preferences to an outfit is taking personal touches a little too far and looking overdone. Perhaps, instead of putting on a check shirt with a floral bowtie and colored pants, try toning it down. For example, take the check shirt, add an olive-colored blazer, a pair of well-fitted trousers in a neutral, and maybe pop a floral in either a pocket square or a pair of socks. You have the same outfit idea, but it is more welcoming and less fussed. There are always ways to make an outfit work; it just takes a little tweaking.
Overall, fit makes an impact, cheap wedding  texture catches the eye, and personality makes it you.

One Direction

Almost out of your Justin Bieber Girlfriend perfume? You're in luck: One Direction just announced a fragrance, One Moment, slated for release later this year.
One Direction perfume
"It's been a long and exciting process, and we're really proud to have made a One Direction fragrance," Harry Styles said of the fragrance that features a "vibrant and playful fruity floral" scent made of pink grapefruit, wild berries, red currant, jasmine, freesia, musk and patchouli.
"I've tested it on my family and they love it — and we can't wait to show it to our fans across the world," Niall Horan added.
The scent — housed in a feminine pink bottle — will set 1D fans back $20 to $60. Oh, and be sure to set aside some cash for the body lotion and shower gel.
Perfume not really your thing? Don't worry, One Direction is also hopping on the celebrity nail polish bandwagon later this summer. The five-polish collection — with each hue named for a band member — is part of the group's anti-bullying partnership with Office Depot.
One Direction nail polish
The "1D+OD LIVE.LOVE.MOVE Together Against Bullying" campaign is a total throwback to the '90s with notebooks, pens, stickers and collectibles all featuring photos of the five British boy-banders. The best part? The products will all be priced under $10, with a part of the proceeds going to "educational campaigns in schools across the country."
Why bullying? It's a real issue that affects the fans — and the band. Liam Payne once opened up toSeventeen about his experience being bullied at school.
"I was bullied by a few people who were much older than me," he said. "So I went to camp to learn how to box. I was 12 and my coach was 24. It gave me confidence to know that if I could fight him, I could stand up to anyone."
Kristin Cavallari wedding ring

Kristin Cavallari is now officially off the market. The Hills star and her NFL star husband, Jay Cutler, exchanged vows at the Davidson County Clerk's office in Nashville, Tennessee, on Friday.
"Im officially Kristin Elizabeth Cutler!!!!!" she tweeted after the event, along with an Instagram photo of her diamond wedding band atop Cutler's all-black ring.
Cavallari will likely pair that diamond band with her huge 5.2-carat engagement ring. That's a lot of bling on one finger!
The courthouse nuptials came just days after the mom of baby Camden Jack hosted her bridal shower. The bride-to-be — outfitted in a Donna Mizani dress and her own shoes and accessories — had a fabulous time at the Ciroc vodka–sponsored fete at West Hollywood's London Hotel.

As for the "real" celebration? Cavallari has kept most things a secret, but it will reportedly take place in Nashville this weekend.
"It's going to be about 150 people, so not huge," theLaguna Beach star told US Weekly earlier this spring. "I was never the girl who dreamt about my wedding or any of that stuff, but the wedding how we're planning is exactly what I wanted. I think it's going to be perfect for what we're doing."
As for the dress? We have to wonder if it'll feature her favorite material for spring and summer: leather.
"I am loving leather," Cavallari told SheKnows earlier this year. "It's a fun time of year because now you can start wearing spring stuff and incorporating fun colors."

Ruching is a gather of fabric, pleating and ruffling. Ruching from dress top to bottom, or just ruched around the waist, ruching dress can fatter your figure and draw the eyes from people and make you the center of the crowd. Ruching has been one of the current fashion trends. It is favored by experts of women dress designers.

ike most “Say Yes to the Dress” fans, one of my favorite personalities is Randy Fenoli. He has such a great combination of sass, style and compassion for the brides, you can’t help but have a soft spot for him. In addition, he has over 20 years of experience in the bridal industry, so he knows what he’s talking about! You know you’re in good hands with Randy.

Because of his experience and observations, Randy has come up with the 5 Cardinal Rules for wedding gown shopping.
1. Don’t try on a dress outside of your budget.
There’s always a reason why a dress is more expensive: better quality fabrics, hand beading and embroidery, better structure, etc. Chances are, these elements will completely change how the gown looks and feels on your body. Of course you will love it. But if you can’t afford it, why put yourself through that pain? Randy recommends either don’t try on gowns above your budget, or if you do be sure you can find that extra money, or else  you’re going to be in trouble!
2. Don’t keep secrets from your consultant.
Our job is to help you find a dress that you will love. We can’t do that if you don’t tell us the whole story. If there’s a dress you’ve already purchased or can’t get out of your head, your consultant needs to know about it. Don’t worry, you’re not going to offend us or be pressured to ditch that gown, we just need all of the details so that we can provide you with our best service and experience.
3. Leave the entourage at home.
Lots of brides feel pressure to include all of their female family members, the entire wedding party, and all of their friends in the gown shopping process. But too many people can add a lot of differing opinions and emotions to your appointment and make it really stressful. Randy recommends bringing only the people whose opinions actually matter to you. If you are bringing a larger group, speak with them before your appointment so that everyone is on the same page about what kind of gown you’re looking for, how you want to feel, and what you’re comfortable with. They’re there to support you but they can’t do that if they don’t know what you want or if they’re only coming to make you try on what they want.
4. Once you find the dress, stop shopping.

We know it’s hard! There are so many dresses out there and they’re all so beautiful! If you’ve found a gown that you love, that makes you feel like a bride and checks all of the boxes on your list, say yes! Randy says that some of the hardest appointments are with brides who have “over-shopped”. Brides get too jaded and the gowns all blur together. There will always be more gowns out there.  If you’re holding off on choosing the one until you’ve tried on them all, you’ll never actually get married!  So if you’ve found the one that makes you feel beautiful and you can picture yourself getting married in, say yes and be done. :)
5. Always wear underwear.
I think that one’s pretty self explanatory.  It will make everyone feel more comfortable!
So now that you know the rules according to the expert, it’s time to get shopping!  Call Charlotte’s Weddings to set up your personal consultation today and  we’ll help you find the perfect wedding gown!
